Safe, Soothing Relief for Expecting Mothers
Expert Prenatal Massage Tailored for Your Comfort & Wellbeing
Pregnancy is amazing, but let’s be honest—it can also be really uncomfortable. Aches, swollen feet, that nagging lower back pain… My pregnancy massages are designed to give you some proper relief, so you can actually enjoy this special time.
I’m trained in specialist prenatal techniques, and every session is tailored to your needs—whether you’re 15 weeks or nearly due. You’ll leave feeling lighter, looser, and (hopefully) ready for a proper nap.
🔸 Safe, side-lying position (no lying on your tummy, obviously!)
🔸 Helps with: back/hip pain, swelling, stress, and terrible pregnancy sleep
🔸 Works around your bump with extra cushioning for comfort
What Happens in a Pregnancy Massage?
No trigger point release or deep tissue work here—just gentle, careful techniques to ease tension where you need it most.
You’ll lie on your side (with about a million pillows for support).
I use lighter pressure than a regular massage, focusing on sore spots like your lower back, hips, and shoulders.
It’s not a “spa day” fluff massage—this is proper therapy, but still relaxing.
Totally safe after your first trimester.
Worried it might not be right for you? Just drop me a message and we’ll chat before you book.
Why It Works
Pregnancy does a number on your body. Massage helps by:
✔ Taking the weight off (literally—side-lying position gives your joints a break)
✔ Improving circulation (goodbye, sausage feet)
✔ Calming your nervous system (because stress hormones aren’t doing you any favours)
✔ Giving you an hour to connect with your body and your baby
Common Questions
Q: When should I not get a pregnancy massage?
A: If you’re high-risk and your doctor has advised against it, have severe morning sickness, or you have any contraindications. Otherwise, after 12 weeks is generally fine.
Q: How often should I come in?
A: Every 3-4 weeks is ideal, but even one session can make a difference.
Q: Can you help with SPD/pelvic pain?
A: Yes! I’ll adjust techniques to avoid aggravating it. Just let me know beforehand.
