About Me
It all started with a podcast and a crazy thought: 'I can do that!' Six years ago, inspired by a triathlete's story, I decided to tackle the challenge of my first triathlon despite not knowing how to swim, barely cycling, and having limited running experience. That initial spark ignited a passion for health and fitness that led me from living a party lifestyle in Berlin to becoming a certified Personal Trainer back in the UK.
My journey from determined beginner to ultramarathoner has fueled my desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. With a Level 3 Personal Training certification, ISSA Running Coach certification, Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy qualification, and Mac Nutrition education, I offer a holistic approach to training. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, I'm skilled at adapting my coaching to suit your individual needs and learning style. As a neurodivergent individual myself, I'm particularly passionate about creating inclusive training plans for those with autism, ADHD, or dyspraxia."
My experiences competing in ultramarathons, including an upcoming 100-mile race in Snowdonia, give me firsthand insight into the demands of endurance training. This, combined with my diverse qualifications and adaptability, allows me to provide a comprehensive approach that goes beyond just workouts. I'm comfortable working with clients of all abilities and physical limitations, ensuring everyone feels supported and empowered to reach their full potential.
By working with me, you can expect more than just a training plan. You'll gain a coach who understands your unique needs, creates a personalised approach to training and nutrition, and helps you push your comfort zones in a safe and inclusive environment. Expect improved performance, increased confidence, reduced injury risk, and a deeper understanding of how your body works."
