I'm a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Online Running Coach, and Nutritionist based in Liverpool, with a special interest in holistic care for injury prevention and pain management. Since qualifying as a PT in 2020, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from endurance athletes and postpartum runners to individuals managing chronic pain or recovering from injury.
